BUYERS’ LOUNGE
Sponsored this year by EKO, this is for the exclusive use of
visitors and located on the Gallery opposite stands EH433
and EH437. Free internet access and complimentary light
refreshments are available throughout the show.
CANVASSING
Canvassing for business by any unauthorised person or
non-exhibiting company is strictly prohibited and will result in
immediate expulsion from the venue.
CATERING
Complimentary lunch will be served between 1pm and 3pm
in the Luncheon Room located on the Gallery level opposite
stand EH456. Lunch will offer a choice from a hot buffet or
a lighter sandwich snack. Complimentary tea and coffee is
available at the top of the stairs leading from the Gallery to
the Mezzanine level and from trolleys, sponsored this year by
Sabichi, circulating on the show 昀氀oor.
In addition, light refreshments are available throughout the day
in the Buyers’ Lounge on the Gallery. The ‘Food Bar’, located
on the Gallery level, is the venue’s own paid-for facility.
DISABLED FACILITIES
All levels of the Business Design Centre can be reached via
the lift in the foyer. Disabled toilet facilities are on each level.
FIRST AID
Located on the Gallery level.
ORGANISER’S OFFICE
The organiser’s of昀椀ce is located on the Mezzanine level
adjacent to stands EH212/EH214.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Unauthorised photography is not permitted.
PRESS OFFICE, TRENDS DISPLAY AREA
AND BRAND SHOWCASE
This area is located on the Gallery Hall opposite stands EH440
to EH444
SECURITY
Visitors are requested to wear their badges at all times.
