Exceptional Hospitality
Visitors can claim up to £75 in travel
expenses. Each company can claim for up
to five attendees, and the allowance can
be used for travel to the show by car, train,
or taxi.
Our hospitality helps you make the most of
your visit, offering a comfortable,
welcoming space for meetings, networking,
and exploring the show. A two-course lunch
is served on both days with hot, cold,
vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Complimentary hot drinks are available
throughout the show at mobile points.

*All claims require travel receipts which should
be emailed to:
Clare Holland at ch@bheta.co.uk along with
bank details. Payments will be made post show
after the team checks the show visitor list to
confirm attendance.
